We support Free Return/Refund Within 15 Days as long as the hair is in original state. Customized wig can not be returned.
If you want to return or exchange your hair,please contact us in 15 days since you receive the package.
We will help you solve your problem and provide you with the shipping address and more instructions.
About Shipping Fee: We will afford the shipping fee for the return reason on quality problem or wrong items sent. Customers need to provide photos or documents to prove the reason.For artificial reasons,such as change color or style,customers need to afford the shipping fee.
About Shipping Method: We highly recommend customers to ship the package by national postal service systems,such as USPS/Royal Mail/Australia Post,etc.For postal office’s charge is affordable and can avoid tariff.
About Refund: After we receive the package,our warehouse staff need to check the hair quality.If everything is OK, Our customer service will process your refund within 3 working days.Please wait in patience,as your bank still need time to process the refund before you receive the money. And we will also keep in touch with you through the whole process.
